July 2014 - Coffs Harbour NSW

A break from the every day was in order (we had, had a tough and sad start to 2014). The kids had an extra week of school holidays so we decided to head to Coffs Harbour for a few days.

We said at Park Beach Caravan Park in a 5 berth cabin, cosy but functional. A double bedroom and a triple room (very cosy indeed!).

 Even though we were on holidays this didn't mean we got out of cooking! It is handy having a kitchen and a sister who cooks!

Our comfy cabin with mister 7, just out of the chilly but lovely swimming pool. There was a great pool area as well as a park including a jumping pillow.

Dolphin Marine Magic was close by and we'd never been there so we jumped online booked our tickets and headed around there. We all LOVED LOVED LOVED it. It doesn't look much when you first walk in and it isn't very big but that doesn't matter at all. It is the interaction with the animals, in particular the dolphins that more than makes up for the lack of size.

We had a ball, literally! The dolphins would play fetch with you. You'd through them a football and they would go and get it and return it back to you - very cool!

Miss 14 and I had our photos taken with the gorgeous seal, miss 14 also had hers taken with one of the lovely dolphins!
